Cashfall Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 20, 2026
This policy describes how Driftline Labs LLC ("we", "us") handles information in the Cashfall mobile game ("Cashfall"), a mental-math arcade game in which players add up on-screen currency and enter the total. It applies only to Cashfall — see our separate WalkProof Privacy Policy and Lingosphere Privacy Policy for those apps.
Cashfall has no accounts and no servers of ours. There is nothing to sign up for, and we do not operate a backend that receives your game data. Your scores, unlocked levels, statistics, and settings are stored only on your own device. We never see them.
Information We Collect
We collect no personal information about you directly. Cashfall has no account system, no login, and no cloud sync.
- Game data stored on your device: your high scores, best streak, unlocked levels, lifetime round and accuracy counts, and your sound, haptics, and reduced-motion settings. This stays in the app's local storage on your phone. It is not transmitted to us, and deleting the app deletes it.
- Advertising data: Cashfall displays ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect device and advertising identifiers to serve, cap, and measure ads, governed by Google's privacy policy. By default Cashfall requests non-personalized ads, meaning Google is asked to serve ads based on general context rather than a profile of your interests.
- If you email us feedback: the game can open your own email app with a message addressed to us. If you choose to send it, we receive whatever you write plus your email address, along with the app version and how many rounds you have played, which we include to help us understand the report. Nothing is sent unless you send it yourself.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not require or offer an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
- We do not collect precise or approximate location.
- We do not access your camera, microphone, photos, or files.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising
Cashfall is free and supported by ads. Ads appear only between runs, or when you deliberately choose to watch one to continue playing — never during a round. You can reset or clear your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings: on iOS under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and Apple Advertising, and on Android under Settings › Privacy › Ads.
Third-Party Service Providers
We share limited data with the following providers strictly to operate the app: Google (AdMob advertising), and Apple or Google as the operator of the app store you downloaded Cashfall from. Apple and Google may also provide us with anonymous, aggregated statistics about downloads and crashes as part of normal app distribution.
Data Retention & Deletion
Because your game data never leaves your device, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf. Deleting Cashfall from your device permanently removes your scores, unlocks, statistics, and settings. This is immediate and irreversible, and we cannot restore them.
UK & EU Users: Your Data Protection Rights
If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and/or EU GDPR give you certain rights. Because Cashfall holds no personal data on our systems, most of them are satisfied by the design of the app itself.
- Legal basis for processing: we rely on your consent for advertising identifiers used in ad serving, collected through the consent prompt shown by our advertising partner where required in your region. Game data on your device is not processed by us at all.
- Your rights: since we hold no personal data about you, requests for access, correction, erasure, or portability have nothing to retrieve from us. Your on-device data is entirely under your control and is erased by deleting the app. To withdraw advertising consent, use the consent controls in the app or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings. For anything else, email contact@driftlinelabs.net.
- International transfers: Driftline Labs LLC operates from the United States, and Google processes advertising data in the US and other countries. Where advertising data is transferred from the UK or EEA, Google relies on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as its transfer safeguard.
- Complaints: you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Children's Privacy
Cashfall is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because Cashfall uses a third-party advertising network, it is not offered in the Apple App Store Kids Category or Google Play's Designed for Families program. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email contact@driftlinelabs.net.
Cashfall Is a Game, Not a Financial Product
Cashfall is a mental-arithmetic game using stylized, fictional currency artwork. It involves no real money, no prizes, no cash-out, no wagering, and no gambling of any kind. Nothing in the game can be redeemed for anything of value.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
